- Training Programs:
- Cancellation 7+ days before start: Full refund.
- Cancellation <7 days: 50% refund.
- After program start: No refund.

- Governed by contracts; advance payments are non-refundable once delivery begins.
- Exceptions:
- Full refund if Bena cancels or in cases of force majeure.
